I posted this to the Apple discussion forums hoping someone would see it there. I got one response telling me it was inappropriate and that Apple employees don’t read the forums where people report problems they’re having with their product. I got another super helpful response telling me that I could post about a specific problem and get help with that. I didn’t know that! Really?
