iPhone will not wake up when called? Try this

I think I have a solution for at least a 2G iPhone. Various threads and people seem to think the power management is to blame. When you call the phone while the screen is off and its sleeping the caller will hear it ring then goto V-mail. When the phone is “on” and the screen is lit as its called it will ring.
