AT&T offers iPhone plan for the hearing-impaired

Now, however, AT&T is introducing the $40/month Text Accessibility Plan which offers: Unlimited SMS messages Unlimited data usage (email and web) $.40 per minute pay-per-use voice Visual VoiceMail To qualify you have to complete “the disability certification forms” found here (download link)
