Why Apple Could Have Etched “iPad” Into Rocks and Still Sold

“I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen an unreleased device draw such ire and approval. The reaction to the Nexus One, the iPhone 3GS and Google Wave don’t even compare. Some people just hate the thing, while others (like Jim Cramer) believe it’ll be the biggest selling device in history.”

Despite sales growth, Apple’s iPhone loses market share

Though iPhone sales grew 18 percent in the fourth quarter, the overall market saw even greater growth, leaving Apple with a smaller market share during the holiday season, according to the Wall Street Journal. Nokia still leads the cell phone market though, with 37 percent of phones being Nokias.
